SMS Surveys uses interactive SMS questions to probe client satisfaction levels and build meaningful reports for clients. SMS Surveys allow our clients to sample the opinions of a large number of people through an SMS dialogue which resembles an intelligent flow of conversation. Global reports of the average client perceptions as well as more detailed service team and individual reports are built. The results are extremely accurate due to the use of SMS being highly objective when compared with competitor mechanisms such as focus groups and telephone calls.
