A) SMS Surveys are a fully managed solution, so we try to keep your work to a minimum. All we require is that you provide us with the data of the clients you need for us to survey. This would typically include their names and cell phone numbers
Q) Is the information we provide confidential?
A) Absolutely! We do not divulge any of our client information to anyone! We only provide you with your reports. Our information is
encrypted
in our databases. Broad industry trends are also displayed.
Q) Can I purchase a database of client information for 30x30?
A) Absolutely not! We do not sell contact information under any circumstances.
Q) Can I set up a survey which the user does not have to pay to respond to?

Unfortunately
not at the moment. This function needs to be supported at a network level and currently in South Africa this cannot be done on all three networks. However, we experience an average participation rate of 28%, regardless of the cost.
Q) Can clients send in open-ended replies to the survey?
A) Yes! There is a significant degree of
intelligence
built into the analysis of the answers clients send us. Our systems will determine the rating that is needed for the stats but also record all the verbatim or free text that is included in the answers. This can all be viewed online.
Q) How many questions can I ask in a survey?
A) In short...as many as you wish. However, we have noticed the most effective surveys to be the ones consisting of two questions only. Typically, one general question, and thereafter a specific one asked only if clients are unhappy. |
